My wife and I relocated from California to enjoy all the Crystal Coast has to offer.  I feel we are very lucky to have landed in the wonderful town of Swansboro.   Moving across country, and starting a new life in North Carolina was an experience, but one I feel has made me a very strong real estate agent.  I lived first-hand what it will be like for our clients to make the move to this amazing coast and establish their new lives with their family.  I greatly enjoy relaying what my wife and I have learned about relocating our lives in a hope to make it easier for our clients during the transition.

My career prior to selling real estate was as a home builder where I built 7,000 homes over a period of 35 years.  As a home builder I was responsible for building and closing each home.  As a result of selling that many homes over those years, I grew to understand the needs of home purchasers and how each buyer is different and how their needs and wants vary greatly.  I understand how it is very critical to listen to the client and try best to blend their wishes with the current market availability.

For those that are wishing to construct or purchase real estate or land as an investment, my years of experience in that area of expertise will also be invaluable to the client.

When not working in real estate or remodeling homes, my wife and I enjoy our wonderful neighbors, beach time, kayaking, boating and fishing.  We also love taking auto trips with our two shih-tzu dogs (Elvis and Gidget) within the state to enjoy all that North Carolina has to offer.
